We stand behind every bag of FREEBIRD seed. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
At FREEBIRD, we take pride in the quality of every blend we offer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns
Because FREEBIRD sells perishable products, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened bags. However we never want you stuck with a product you're unhappy with. Please reach out and we will find a solution.
For unopened bags we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
